WelAnser Centre, Caritas Macau was officially established in November 2016 which was called "Overseas Laborer Service" in 2009. Our service receives patronage by the Macau Social Affair Bureau. WelAnser Centre, Caritas Macau is then created. Our serving targets extend from the beginning of serving the foreign employees to all non-Chinese people who have the Residence Permit.
